Aims and Scope Medicine Advances is an open access general medical journal. This journal is dedicated to promoting the application of multidisciplinary integration in clinical disease diagnosis, treatment and medical research, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, combining expertise from different fields, and exploring complex medical issues from multiple dimensions. Our goal is to bring together the latest scientific research progress and technological innovations from around the world, covering major breakthroughs in basic research, applied results in clinical research, the latest technological advances, and innovative cases of interdisciplinary collaboration. At the same time, we also focus on exploring and developing the practical significance of AI in the medical field, actively responding to the trend of the era of medical big data, and demonstrating the new style of scientific research in which cutting-edge computer technology is injected into and combined with the medical field.
The aim of Medicine Advances is to provide an open academic forum for researchers, clinicians, public health experts and policy makers to promote knowledge transfer and sharing. By publishing high-quality academic papers and research findings, we hope to stimulate interdisciplinary collaboration and discussion, promote the translation of scientific discoveries into clinical applications through multidisciplinary synergies, enhance clinical practice, and address global health challenges. We are also committed to showcasing cutting-edge technologies and innovations in the industry and supporting in-depth exploration of emerging trends, thereby promoting the overall development and advancement of the medical field.
Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Basic Research on Diseases The purpose of this section is to share cutting-edge research findings on the underlying mechanisms and biological processes of diseases, including but not limited to etiologic studies, pathophysiologic studies, molecular biology studies, animal model studies, and animal and tissue studies;
2. Clinical Research on Diseases The purpose of this section is to share the results of the application of basic research in the clinical setting, including but not limited to clinical trials, epidemiological studies, diagnostic modalities and testing of diseases, therapeutic research and customization of personalized treatment plans, and prognostic research and management;
3. Innovative Advances in Medicine The purpose of this section is to share the latest technological developments, including but not limited to, the newest generation of medical devices, innovative design of diagnostic tools; the latest clinical treatment techniques, such as innovative therapeutic and surgical methods; the latest medical product launches and promotions, such as the development of new drugs;
4. Interdisciplinary Research and Collaboration This section aims to share multidisciplinary collaborations in the field of medicine, including but not limited to bioengineering, medical imaging, public health and management policy, environmental science, nutrition, etc;
5. AI and Big Data Extension and Application The purpose of this section is to share the integration of computer language and medicine, including but not limited to the collection and analysis of medical big data, the use of artificial intelligence in medical modeling and analysis, and the mining of biomedical data;
6. The Future of Medical Research The purpose of this section is to share with medical practitioners, researchers, and public health policy makers the predictions and potential of the industry, including but not limited to guiding the direction of scientific research, optimizing the allocation of resources, and designing and implementing mechanisms to respond to emerging social and health challenges.
