ES Food & Agroforestry (ESFAF) is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed international journal that publishes high-quality and cutting-edge original research and review articles in various disciplines encompassing the science, technology and engineering of food, agriculture and forestry. The journal provides a forum for rapid dissemination of significant, novel, high impact, and the latest findings of studies on all aspects of food, agriculture and forestry. The topics include, but are not limited to: food nutrition, quality, and safety; food and agricultural chemistry and engineering; emerging discoveries in both pre-harvest and post-harvest food and agricultural technologies; agricultural and environmental pollutions; smart agriculture and controlled environmental agriculture; innovative risk mitigation strategies in supply chain safety and security; sustainability and ecosystems; water, soil and irrigation; tree biodiversity and habitat protection of forestry. The journal also welcomes contributions on the scientific policy, social and economic aspects of food, agriculture and forestry. The ES FAF is aiming to serve as an integrated platform to ensure that groundbreaking discoveries in food, agriculture and forestry-related sciences and technologies reach the public, the shareholders, and the society.
